Deine Aufgaben

Social Media Produktion: Du konzipierst und erstellst (Dreh & Schnitt) kurzformatige Videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts), die genau auf die jeweilige Plattform und Zielgruppe zugeschnitten sind.
Tour- & Live-Begleitung: Du begleitest unsere Künstler:innen zu Auftritten, Festivals und ins Studio, um die Energie vor Ort in authentischen Aufnahmen einzufangen.
Post-Produktion: Du übernimmst den kompletten Schnittprozess inklusive Farbbearbeitung und Sound-Design und lieferst die fertigen Assets zeitnah für unsere Release-Zyklen.
Visuelles Storytelling: Du entwickelst Bildsprachen und Konzepte, um die Persönlichkeit unserer Artists greifbar zu machen.
Asset-Management: Du strukturierst das gedrehte Rohmaterial und stellst sicher, dass alle Formate für die verschiedenen Kanäle optimiert vorliegen.

Dein Profil

Auge für Details: Du beherrschst dein technisches Equipment (Kamera, Licht, Audio) sicher und hast ein exzellentes Gespür für Bildkomposition.
Plattform-Expertise: Du kennst die aktuellen Trends auf TikTok und Instagram und weißt, wie man Videos schneidet, die in den ersten Sekunden überzeugen.
Hohe Reisebereitschaft: Du bist flexibel und hast Lust, unsere Artists auch überregional zu Shows und Terminen zu begleiten (auch am Wochenende oder abends).
Musikalisches Gespür: Du liebst Musik (insb. Dance, Pop, Deutschrap) und kannst den Vibe eines Songs visuell übersetzen.
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du bist zuverlässig, denkst bei Drehs proaktiv mit und arbeitest lösungsorientiert unter Zeitdruck.

Your mission

Social Media Production: Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) tailored specifically to each platform’s audience and trends.
Live & Tour Coverage: Accompany our artists to shows, festivals, and studio sessions to capture authentic high-quality footage of performances and behind-the-scenes moments.
Post-Production: Handle the entire editing process, including color grading and sound design, ensuring fast turnaround times aligned with release schedules.
Visual Storytelling: Develop unique visual languages and concepts that translate the personality of our artists into engaging digital content.
Asset Management: Organize raw footage and ensure all final assets are delivered in the correct formats for various digital channels.

Your profile

Technical Expertise: You are proficient with your professional camera gear (lighting, audio, stabilization) and have a sharp eye for aesthetics and composition.
Platform Native: You have a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and know exactly how to edit videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
High Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and eager to travel with our artists to national and international shows, including evening and weekend assignments.
Musical Intuition: You have a passion for music (especially Dance, Pop, and German Rap) and can translate the "vibe" of a track into a visual medium.
Independent Mindset: You are reliable, proactive during shoots, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
