  • Du scoutest neue Talente über relevante Plattformen wie TikTok & SoundCloud
  • Du beobachtest aktuelle Musiktrends und erkennst Potenziale frühzeitig
  • Du vernetzt dich proaktiv mit Künstler:innen, Songwriter:innen, Produzent:innen und Partner:innen
  • Du nimmst regelmäßig an A&R Meetings teil und erstellst A&R Reportings
  • Du stellst den Erstkontakt zu potenziellen Signings her und begleitest den Akquise- und Signingprozess
Dein Profil
  • Du lebst Musik und hast ein feines Gespür für neue Trends und Künstler:innen
  • Du hast fundierte Repertoirekenntnisse in International Dance und Pop
  • Du bist kommunikativ, trittst sicher auf und bewegst dich souverän im Künstler:innen-Umfeld
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus

Your mission
  • You scout new talent across key platforms such as TikTok and SoundCloud
  • You monitor current music trends and identify potential early on
  • You proactively build relationships with artists, songwriters, producers, and partners
  • You participate regularly in A&R meetings and prepare A&R reports
  • You establish first contact with potential signings and support the full scouting and signing process
Your profile
  • You live and breathe music, with a sharp instinct for new trends and emerging artists
  • You have strong repertoire knowledge in International Dance and Pop
  • You’re communicative, confident, and move comfortably within the artist ecosystem
  • You work proactively, in a structured manner, and take full ownership of your tasks
  • You speak English fluently
